Quality – environment - health and safety on manufacture

The integrated system of management is the logical and systematic administrative approach which allows undertake of optimum strategic and operational decisions, conducting to effective work of the organization, both from the quality side, and from the side of environment and safety.

Certification of the integrated management system, quality - environment - health and safety on manufacture is the proof of our care about increase the satisfaction of our customers, the commitments of necessary instructions and standards.

Our care about continuous development is supported by the abidance of the principles and the values established by the policy of integrated management system, being in a constant search of decisions for maintenance of our clients with the most qualitative products, and the society with actions for environment safety.

Presently, “TUTUN-CTC”S.J.C is a unique enterprise in tobacco farming branch in Moldova, in the CIS countries and Eastern Europe, which has certificated QMS in National System in partnership with the German Association on Accreditation TGA and two international instances - SRAC and IQNet, and possesses System of the Integrated Management: quality - environment – health and safety on manufacture in accordance with the requirements of international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.

System of quality management ISO 9001:2000

In 1998, “TUTUN-CTC” S.J.C. has introduced the quality control system (QMS) in accordance with the requirements ISO 9001-1994 which, in July 1999, has been approved by National Authorities on Certification of Quality Systems, at the "Мoldovastandard" Department, with the assistance of highly skilled experts-auditors RW TUV and TUV CERT (Germany).

Since December 2001 till November 2002, “TUTUN-CTC” has undertaken a number of changes in the existing quality control system and has passed to the new version of International Standard ISO 9001-2000.

According to the results and researches connected with the system and production certification, in November 2005 “TUTUN-CTC” has received the Conformity Certificate of quality control system SNACP MD SC 16 21 0022-05.

The certificate confirms the introduction and support of quality control system, in accordance with the requirements SM EN ISO 9001:2000. the impact of QMS extends on the following types of activity: “Marketing, elaboration, import and industrial processing of tobacco, tobacco products manufacture, fermented tobacco and strips trade, and tobacco products trade as well”.

In 2006, TUTUN-CTC, has certificated QMS according to the requirements ISO 9001:2000 at the international level, with the reception of Certificate SRAC and IQNet.

As a result of partnership with IQNet (The International Certification Network), SRAC certificates are recognized at the international level as well.

ISO 9001:2000 assumes the specific approach, based on the management of organization processes and more logical structure, directed on the client and on the determination of his satisfaction degree, and also on the responsibility of the management for constant development and improvement of the given processes.

The System of ecological management ISO 14001:2004

The system of ecological management is a part of all management system of the organization, called to help the organization to formulate the ecological policy.

Certification of ecological management system assumes the adoption of the systematic approach for the purpose of examination of environment aspects of TUTUN-CTC.

The system of ecological management is the "key" which allows the organization, to check the influence of its activity, and also the products and services on the environment.

Health and safety management system on manufacture OHSAS 18001:

The health and safety management system on manufacture is one of the components of the general system of the company management.
